In Pakistan, the health sector has been badly neglected and the policymakers have shown a callous lack of concern for educating the people and providing them with health care. No wonder, the quality of life of the people has remained low and the nation has not been able to achieve higher levels of economic progress due to underdeveloped human resources. The under-development of the health sector is manifested in Pakistan's poor health-related key indicators. Considering the above situation, Alkhidmat has
established various healthcare facilities in the country. There are 56 Hospitals, 50 Medical Centers, 131 Diagnostic Centers, 310 Ambulances and 15 Mobile Health Units (MHUs). These facilities provide quality health services to deserving and vulnerable people across Pakistan.

Alkhidmat's mission is to work as an independent, charitable, and non-profit organization with no link or affiliation with any ethnic or political organization within or outside Pakistan. Alkhidmat health services are dedicated to providing improved healthcare to all, irrespective of their religion, sect, caste, ethnicity, gender, and social background.

A fair fee schedule for the services. Whoever is unable to pay will be assisted with Zakat and Sadaqah funds.

The situation is even more dire for underprivileged families who cannot afford private healthcare.

In light of these pressing issues, the Alkhidmat Medical Tower is envisioned as a beacon of hope. This state-of-the-art medical facility will be equipped with advanced technology, highly trained professionals, and a wide range of healthcare services-all aimed at providing accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare to people from all walks of life.
